Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Loliup! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loliup mobile application (“App”), owned and operated by Loliup, a business registered in Mauritius.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Loliup, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Who Can Use Loliup
Businesses (Shops): You may register your business to create loyalty programs for your customers. While providing a valid Business Registration Number is recommended, it is not mandatory.
Customers (Clients): Anyone may register to participate in shop loyalty programs. No age or legal contract requirement applies.
3. Our Services
For Shops (Business Users): Create and manage loyalty programs, view customer analytics, and communicate with customers who join your program.
For Customers: Register to digital loyalty cards of your favourite shops and earn loyalty points.
4. Account Registration
All users (both shops and customers) must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
5. Subscriptions & Payments (For Shops)
The first 15 customers per shop are free.
After the first 15 customers, a monthly subscription is required to continue using loyalty features.
Subscriptions must be renewed manually. Instructions are provided in-app.
All payments are non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund policy Mobile App | loliup
6. User Responsibilities
We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on the profiles created by users (shops or customers).
You agree not to misuse the App and not to post or share content that is, including but not limited to:
Attempting unauthorized access to the system or other user accounts.
Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringing on intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, patent, or trademark).
Uploading or transmitting any content that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, offensive, indecent, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful.
Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation with any business or entity.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
7. Data Usage
Data collected from customers is shared with shops they have joined via loyalty programs. Use of customer data must comply with applicable laws and must not be used for spam or unrelated advertising.
8. Downtime and Data Loss Disclaimer
While we strive to keep the App running smoothly, Loliup is provided “as is”:
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent storage of user data.
We are not liable for any loss of points, profiles, or other data due to technical issues, maintenance, or service interruptions.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violation of these Terms, including misuse of customer data or fraudulent activity.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new Terms.
