• Business Registration Number (for shops)

• Shop Website (for shops)

• To allow shops to communicate with customers (e.g., send offers or get feedback)

• To manage loyalty cards and points

• To improve app features and user experience

3. Who We Share Your Data With

• Customers: Your data is shared only with the shops whose loyalty programs you have joined.

• Shops: Business profile information is visible to customers viewing your loyalty program.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

Our app may use tools such as Google Firebase or App Store / Play Store services. These may collect anonymized usage data for analytics or crash reporting.

5. Your Data Rights

• You can access, update, or delete your account at any time.

• Use the “Delete Account” feature in the app to permanently remove your account and data. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

6. Data Storage & Security

We use secure methods to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Legal Compliance

As of now, we operate only in Mauritius. We strive to follow local data protection laws. If we expand to other countries, we will update this policy to comply with laws like GDPR (EU).

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted in the App. Continued use means acceptance of the new policy.
